CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

 

 

If you choose to leave items for consignment the following will apply.

 

All items will be reviewed based on condition and current inventory and taken upon our discretion.

 

We ask that all items be clean before consigning.

 

Thirty Percent (30%) of the selling price of each item shall be paid to the Consignee unless otherwise agreed upon, or Fifty Percent (50%) applied as in store credit, except if the item is in need of repair or parts, in which the repair or parts cost will be taken off the amounts owing to the Consignee.

 

The Consignee agrees to leave the merchandise with the Seller for a period of ninety (90) days.  In the event, the Consignee wishes to pick up the item(s) before the expiration date, fifteen percent (15%) of the agreed selling price will be paid to the Seller upon pick up.

 

Consignees must pick up all unsold consignments within seven (7) days of the expiration or renew for another period of Ninety (90) days.  All unsold consignments not claimed after the end of the contract period will, without further notice, automatically become property of J&R Sports Connection, and may be discounted, donated, or disposed of at the Seller’s discretion.

 

It is the responsibility of the Consignee to maintain all records of consignments and to call to confirm sales, pick-ups, and contract expiration and renewal. 

 

Consignees must give a minimum of two (2) days’ notice before picking items up or for payment.  The Seller will be responsible for pulling all unsold consignments. 

 

Consignment payment will be voided 30 days after the expiration date agreed upon.

Store credit will be available for 60 days after the expiration.
